How to request a refund

Email us at shopviony@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. That's it — we don't require the product to be returned unused or in original packaging to qualify.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopviony@gmail.com so we can make it right — we'll cover a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it.

Sale and bundle items

Yes — items purchased at a discount, as part of a bundle, or through a promotional offer are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

European Union customers
